Genetic engineering

Primarily encompassing crucial methodologies such as molecular cloning, recombinant proteins, and gene editing, it furnishes potent tools for the investigation of genetic structure and function.
Enzyme engineering
We have developed technologies like enzyme mining, directed evolution, and immobilization, and established an enzyme library that covers all seven major enzyme systems. Our molecular simulation platform uses professional protein structure modeling software, while our customized fully automated high-throughput enzyme screening platform and data analysis platform based on big data visualization give us extensive experience in designing modified enzymes, screening enzymes, immobilizing enzymes, optimizing enzymatic reaction conditions, and scaling up industrial production.
Metabolic engineering
With techniques such as metabolic pathway optimization, adaptive evolution, and metabolic flux analysis, we are capable of engineering microorganisms like Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis. We have developed a high-throughput platform for mutagenesis and screening of microbial strains, as well as a multidimensional system for evaluating strains. Additionally, we have established an extensive repository of foundational resources in synthetic biology including chassis cells, regulatory elements, and genetic components. we proficiently construct novel microbial cell factories for the production of primary/secondary metabolites。
Chemical synthesis
Including innovative synthesis routes, asymmetric catalysis, membrane separation, resin separation, and tubular reactions, we combine traditional chemical synthesis with biotechnology to revolutionize the production methods of existing chemicals and achieve innovative green manufacturing. Our team excels in designing synthetic routes and optimizing processes at all stages of project development.
Fermentation development
With techniques such as medium optimization, metabolic regulation, online detection, and offline detection, we have the capability to design fermentation processes with automated sampling, online analysis, and automatic testing technologies. Additionally, based on basic CSTR, we can analyze the physiological state of cells. We also use feedback-driven fermentation optimization techniques by utilizing exhaust gas detection data and by-product detection data for successful experience in scale-up and industrialization of multiple fermentation projects.
